I really wanted to love this after following Dr Julie on social media for quite some time now, but I just didn’t. The more practice we get, the more we can use it in other situations, so grab a notebook and note down three things you feel grateful for once a day. There wasn't anything refreshing or insightful, I feel very disappointed since I was so excited to finally get my hands on it but I do feel maybe it was a marketing strategy.
