I see what you’re saying, but the DG remains a great game for what it is, where as the card game has been bettered MANY times over. While the cards do exhibit some degree of colour clash across various categories of colour blindness, they show the name of your role prominently and you’ll never be in a position, at least during play, where you need to covertly observe another player’s identity. The plastic dice are sturdy and feature indented icons; the cards are all quite thick; and the cardboard is thick and linen-textured.
