I had a problem with my treadmill so I had to contact the seller Peter Jones and I must say that he was the most helpful person I have delt with when using after sales for anything I have ever purchased from any other seller, excellent piece of mind would recommend this product. A couple of things needed to be sorted and that's always a very good test to see if the company actually does what it claims it will. Depending on my future living situation, I would now have no reason to select a different manufacturer of such a product from the positive experience I have had. Bought this so I can get some exercise, as I don't like going for walks alone and no longer have my dog.

The on-board ipod player has also has also given me a chance to catch up on some of my music collection. I did the usual checks on reviews and this one always came out as being exceptional value for money with excellent after sales service -so this is the one I chose. Overall, a brilliant basic manual treadmill, excellent value for money and a perfect solution to what I wanted. Branx Fitness believes quality has to match specification and we have achieved this by using high grade springs and a high grade top quality MDF running deck.Contacted Branx Fitness and had an immediate and positive response the same day and they've promised to come out and help us.

t have much treadmill experience as this is my first and I am nearing 50, but never too late as the saying goes lol. Consclusion: from what we have experienced we are rating this machine 5 stars as its surpassed our expectations. The reason for this is because all of the mechanisms for the incline piston are located at the front.You will not be disappointed with this machine or the after care service you receive as nothing has been too much trouble for this company. The German made Branx Fitness Elite Runner Pro Treadmill cover is of excellent quality and durability. This particular treadmill suits my requirements - I didn't need too many programmes and need a piece of equipment that folded away easily. The machine was very easy to assemble and I had it all sorted within 20 minutes of opening the box, my only niggle with the product (and it is a very small one) is that the instruction booklet is very difficult to follow and not particularly informative.

The manager was easily accessible andn helpful via telephone and was responsive to my individual needs. I have used it every day, leave it in the hall and do short burst eg waiting for the tea to brew, find this works well. However this treadmill is really good, bit bigger then I thought, but was a laugh on Xmas day when friends and fam came over! Peter the manager has however been prompt, courteous, and helpful, and I have high hopes of a repair being made this Tuesday.

The Elite Runner Pro Treadmill comes with 4 wheels so that it makes it possible for one person to move it on a level floor by themselves, unlike most treadmills that require 2 people to move it whilst risking a back injury. I have used preset programs and manual settings -- the response time for speed or incline is quick but smooth. I have had my treadmill since July and I wanted to wait a couple of months before I wrote a review so I could test it properly. I gave it 4 stars because I do not feel that the heart monitor is very accurate as it tends to jump from 60bpm to 130 in seconds.

Would def recommend to anyone like me who is not keen on working out in front of others but still wants to keep in shape. The treadmill has had a good battering from me and my entire family and seems just as good as the ones at a gym.

Waited a bit longer then I wanted to, was informed of this I may add, so I am not being negative just true. I originally received a treadmill that wouldn't power up but he immediately arranged for a replacement and the swap took place within a week! Does exactly what I want it to without using electricity and is small enough it can fold away in to the cupboard in the hall.
