If you're plastics are very faded and you don't fancy spraying them I would recommend giving this a go. Some mention that it turns it back black nicely, while others say that patches are missing and the original faded color is still visible. The applicator is good and cleans off with soapy water after use, so you'll be able to use it again.

It is not a silicone dressing - silicone products will make plastic, vinyl and rubber appear to have regained their color but the change is temporary. Neither of these last long, neither make it truly black and the hot air gun method makes the plastic look even worse when the effect fades. It paints on black but dries lighter, speaking of it drying it dries quickly if you get it on the bodywork but with my car being waxed it wiped off no problem. I was after a permanent black solution and came across this stuff, what a mistake that was as it goes on well but the next day you could see brush marks all over . Properly clean off any oils, bug guts, tar etc and dry it nice with a paper towel, then apply this stuff so it absorbs to the surface. Don't do this on a really hot sunny day, the stuff dries too quick much like if you were to wash your car on a really hot day and the sun is baking your car, the water dries too quick and leaves water marks leaving you with more work to do.
