Gin and Tonics are often said to be the most refreshing drink to have, though often drank throughout the year we do enjoy them a little more when in the sun or in warmer climates. This take on a classic is the Melon Gin and Tonic, is relatively fast and easy to do, you just need to make sure you have a Honeydew melon at the ready. Navy strength gins usually have a similar flavour profile to London dry gin. However, the flavours are much more pronounced by the higher alcohol level.
